The time had come. This edition of the SJA/TNII hermanamiento was over. Several members of the delegation visited the Resource Center for the Americas and had lunch there. Much of the day was spent saying goodbyes and talking about the future. A group of parishioners, including Padre Jorge, showed up at the airport to bid our friends farewell. Many of the delegates were wearing the SJA sweatshirts presented to them at the previous evenings party.Many hugs and thankyous were exchanged. A final parting gift was a photo album of many of the images used on these pages. Although TNII does have a computer hooked up to the Internet, the quality of the monitor makes images hard to see. The delegates all agreed that the trip had been a wonderful experience but were anxious to see their families. They expressed their hope that many of SJA's parishioners reading these pages will be able to visit them in Tierra Nueva Dos in Guatemala.
